The following terms and conditions apply to all coded sites by D4U Labs. By ordering services from D4U Labs you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• We reserve the right to refuse to offer our services to a client if we judge as unfit due to content or otherwise.
• D4U Labs will fo its best to start the project as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee it. D4U Labs can set a launchdate with the client and will do its best to deliver before the set date expires.
• The copyright for all material provided by D4U Labs, such as HTML code, graphics, photographs and text, will remain the property of D4U Labs unless the material has been fully paid for or provided by the client.
• D4U Labs will not take any responsibility over errors in site viewing on new browsers or versions after the site has been designed and launched.
• If at any point during the Website Development Cycle a client wishes to cancel, they may do so but will be charged an amount that D4U Labs judges to be proportional to the amount of work completed on the commission.
• D4U Labs does not undertake to maintain or update a client's website as part of the design commission. If a client wishes D4U Labs to maintain or update a web site as a separate commission, D4U Labs will negotiate with the client a maintenance contract appropriate to the amount of work required. Web site maintenance may also be undertaken on a time and materials basis if the client so wishes.
• D4U Labs reserves the right to add its own banner with a logo and any other information on any page/s of the site.
• D4U Labs reserves the right to change, add or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions.
